Using the Service

Free Invoice App lets you generate and send invoices for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with all tax obligations relevant to your business.

  • Provide truthful information when creating invoices
  • Keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access
  • Use the platform for lawful business purposes only

Payments & Pricing

The service is currently free to use. If pricing changes in the future, we will communicate clearly before any paid plans take effect. Optional add-ons may be introduced later, but your existing invoices will remain accessible.

  • We do not charge subscription fees today
  • You are responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider
  • We may introduce paid tiers with advance notice

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the invoices and content you create. By using the platform you grant us permission to process and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the invoicing service.

  • We never sell your data to third parties
  • We may anonymise aggregated statistics to improve the product
  • You can export or delete your data by contacting support

Limitations of Liability

We work hard to keep Free Invoice App available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business opportunities.

  • We do not provide financial or legal advice
  • Always double check invoice amounts and tax rates before sending
  • Report any bugs so we can resolve them quickly

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the platform, attempt to break its security, or send spam or fraudulent invoices. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

  • No fraudulent, abusive, or misleading invoices
  • No attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt the service
  • Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations
