Custom Sending Domain — Pro+ Feature
Send invoices from your own email address (e.g., invoices@yourbusiness.com) instead of our default sender. This builds trust with clients, improves email deliverability, and strengthens your brand recognition.
What you'll need:
- Access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) where your domain DNS is managed
- Ability to add DNS records — we'll provide 3 records (SPF, DKIM, and return path) to verify domain ownership
- A few minutes of setup time — copy-paste the records we provide, then click verify. DNS propagation usually takes 5-30 minutes
Tip: You can use a subdomain like invoices.yourbusiness.com to keep your main domain separate from invoice sending.
Service Terms & Conditions — Pro+ Feature
Attach terms and conditions to each saved service. When you add the service to an invoice, its T&Cs are automatically pulled in and printed at the bottom of the PDF — for one-off invoices, scheduled sends, and recurring invoices alike. No more copy-pasting boilerplate every time.
How it works:
- Set terms once per service in Services — payment windows, deposit policy, revision limits, travel fees, anything you want on every invoice.
- Auto-populates on invoice creation — selecting the service from "Quick Add" appends its T&Cs to the invoice. Multiple services merge cleanly without duplicates.
- Printed on the PDF in a dedicated "Terms & Conditions" section below the totals — applies to scheduled sends and recurring invoices generated by the cron job too.
- Editable per invoice — override or add ad-hoc terms on individual invoices when needed.
