What we set up for you
The parts of Pro+ that make the biggest difference are also the fiddliest to set up alone. So we do them with you.
Invoices from your own email address
Your invoices arrive from an address like invoices@yourbusiness.com.au instead of ours. We prepare the DNS records, add them with you or whoever manages your website, verify them and switch your sender over.
Needs a domain you already own, such as the one your website or business email uses.
Invoices that look like your business
We check your logo, colours, template, ABN and payment details with you, so the first invoice your clients see is right.
Automatic chasing, switched on
We agree the reminder schedule with you and turn it on. Every unpaid invoice is then followed up by itself, by email and by text for clients with an Australian mobile, and chasing stops the moment it is paid.
Your services, terms and team
We help you add the services you sell with their terms and conditions, which then print on every invoice that includes them, and invite your bookkeeper or business partner as a viewer or editor.

Stop chasing late payers yourself
Once chasing is on, every unpaid invoice follows up by itself on the same schedule. Each step is sent at most once, you can pause it for any invoice, and it stops the moment an invoice is marked paid. Clients with an Australian mobile also get a text on the due date and the 7- and 14-day steps.

Questions about Pro+
Is the setup really free?
Yes. The done-for-you setup is included with Pro+ at no extra cost, on monthly billing (A$24.50/month) or annual billing (A$245/year). There is no setup fee.
Do I need my own domain?
Only for sending from your own address, and it needs to be a domain you already own, such as the one your website or business email uses. Everything else in the setup works without one. We only switch your sender over once your domain has verified, so your invoices keep going out from our standard address until then.
Will connecting my domain affect my normal email?
No. We add a few new DNS records that cover sending invoices only, and we leave your existing records alone, so your normal email keeps working as it does today.
Do you need access to my domain account?
No. We can send the records to you, or to whoever manages your website, to add. If you would rather we did it, you can give us access to your domain account and we only change the records needed for sending.
I already pay for Pro. How do I get the setup?
Upgrade to Pro+ from Settings, then send the setup form on this page. The setup is the same as for a new account.
Can I cancel Pro+?
Yes. You can cancel from Settings at any time. Pro+ stays active until the end of the current billing period, then your account returns to the free Starter plan and keeps your data.
