Regular monthly prices for each product in Australia and how many invoices the entry plan allows. Accounting software bundles bank feeds and BAS, which is why it costs more; if you only need to invoice and get paid, you are paying for the rest.

Pricing questions
Is Free Invoice App really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is A$0 a month forever and there is no credit card to sign up. It includes unlimited invoices and PDF downloads, 7 emailed invoice sends a month, clients, expenses, reports, card payments with no platform markup, your logo and brand colour, and 3 AI receipt scans a month.
What counts as a send?
All invoice sends count towards your monthly allowance, including invoices with card payments: Starter 7, Pro 250, Pro+ unlimited. Each CC recipient and manual reminder also uses a send. Allowances reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC.
What happens when I use all 7 free sends in a month?
You can keep creating invoices and downloading the PDFs to email yourself, and the allowance resets on the first of the next month. If you send more than 7 a month regularly, Pro gives you 250 for A$9/month.
Is there a free trial of Pro or Pro+?
There is no trial because Starter has no time limit: use it for as long as you like, then upgrade when a paid feature would save you time. Billing starts the day you upgrade. You can cancel from Settings at any time, keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and then return to Starter with all your data intact.
Do card payments cost extra?
Stripe processing fees apply. Free Invoice App adds no platform transaction fee on any plan. Bank-transfer details printed on your invoices are free on every plan.
Are the prices in Australian dollars, and is anything added at checkout?
Yes, every price is in Australian dollars and the amount shown is the amount charged: A$9/month or A$90/year for Pro, A$24.50/month or A$245/year for Pro+. Annual plans are charged once a year. There are no setup fees and no per-invoice charges from Free Invoice App.
Can I change plan or switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from Settings. You can move between Pro and Pro+ and between monthly and annual billing, and moving up to Pro+ shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
What does the Pro+ done-for-you setup include?
With Pro+ we connect your own sending domain so invoices arrive from your address, check your logo and branding, agree the automatic chase schedule with you and switch it on, help you add your services with their terms, and invite your team members. There is no setup fee and we email you within one business day of your request.
Do existing customers keep their old price?
Yes. An account that subscribed before the current prices keeps the price it signed up at for as long as its subscription stays active.
