Custom Sending Domain — Pro+ Feature

Send invoices from your own email address (e.g., invoices@yourbusiness.com.au) instead of our default sender. This builds trust with clients, improves email deliverability, and strengthens your brand recognition.

What you'll need:

  • Access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) where your domain DNS is managed
  • Ability to add DNS records — we'll provide 3 records (SPF, DKIM, and return path) to verify domain ownership
  • A few minutes of setup time — copy-paste the records we provide, then click verify. DNS propagation usually takes 5-30 minutes

Tip: You can use a subdomain like invoices.yourbusiness.com.au to keep your main domain separate from invoice sending.
