What patients need to claim

Health funds and Medicare (under an EPC/CDM plan) want the same core details: practitioner name and provider number, date of each service, item number, fee charged, and proof of payment. Put all of it on the invoice and mark it paid, and your patients never email you for “a proper receipt” again.
